Export-control notice.
This page explains how Mericron handles public information and future technical disclosures. It is not a product classification, shipping policy, or offer to provide controlled technical data.
1. Overview
Mericron operates from the United States. Any future products, prototypes, documentation, or technical data may be subject to U.S. export-control rules. We will review requests before sharing controlled technical material.
2. Public information
The public website is limited to high-level company, product-direction, and contact information. It is not a datasheet, technical-data package, or offer to sell production hardware.
3. Restricted technical information
Some future engineering discussions, prototype information, or defense-adjacent technical details may require additional review before disclosure. Mericron will decide what can be shared based on the request, the recipient, and applicable law.
4. RF compliance
No production RF module or finished transmitter is being offered on this page. Final RF compliance statements will be made only after prototype, certification, and legal review.
5. How we screen
Contact requests may be reviewed before Mericron shares non-public technical information. We do not publish individual compliance personnel or direct export email aliases on this website.
6. Contact
For export, defense-program, or controlled-information questions, use the Contact Mericron form and include enough context for routing.
