Terms of Use for mericron.com

These are the rules for using this website. Sales and licensing terms are governed by separate purchase orders, MSAs, and SDK licenses — not by this page.

Effective date:

1. Acceptance

By accessing mericron.com you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

2. Content

All content on this site is © Mericron, Inc. except where otherwise noted. The Mericron name and logo are trademarks of Mericron, Inc. Third-party names are used only for descriptive context.

3. Open-source projects

If Mericron publishes open-source software or reference material, the license in that repository or file will govern that material.

4. Engineering documents

This website is not a datasheet, technical-data package, or production offer. Future engineering documents, if released, may have separate terms or access requirements.

5. Forward-looking statements

Product direction, prototype goals, supplier plans, certification goals, and technical descriptions are forward-looking. We do not guarantee that any specific milestone, feature, supplier relationship, certification, or product will occur.

6. Export controls

Some future technical information may be subject to export-control review. See /legal/export for the current public notice.

7. Acceptable use

Don't try to break our security, scrape gated content, or impersonate Mericron. Coordinated security disclosures are welcome via /security.

8. No warranty · Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mericron disclaims indirect, incidental, special, consequential, and punitive damages arising out of your use of this website.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable U.S. law and the law of Mericron's state of incorporation, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

10. Changes

We may revise these Terms; revisions take effect when posted. Your continued use after posting constitutes acceptance.
