Contact inquiries include your name, email, company, and message. A portal account includes your name, email, and account credentials. A design partner application may include your role, company, project description, capabilities of interest, timeline, and whether you need an NDA.

Paid membership is purchased separately through checkout, which asks for billing details and information required by your selected payment method. Payment providers process payment information as needed to complete the transaction.

How we use it

Mericron uses these details to manage your account, process your order, confirm membership payment status, respond to inquiries, evaluate applications, and communicate about a potential collaboration. Orders and applications are kept in our business systems. Applications may be included in internal email notifications to the team reviewing them.

Account and website operation

The website uses Odoo to support account access, checkout, form processing, and customer relationship management. Session and security cookies support these functions. Account, order, and application details are not intended for public display.

Your choices

You can ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you have submitted by contacting Mericron through the contact page. Please do not include trade secrets or other confidential project details in an initial inquiry or application.
